Case Details
This patient is a 43 year old female who desired a mommy makeover. She had 600cc saline breast implants placed by another doctor in 2010. She desired a cohesive silicone gel implant in approximately the same size. Since gummy bear implants already come in prefilled set sizes, this woman chose a 590cc high profile Sientra implant. This patient had a tummy tuck, liposuction of the flanks, and a breast implant exchange with some minor breast pocket correction. We highly recommend all of our patients apply silicone scar gel or sheets to their incision lines following the removal of all sutures to give the scars the best chance of healing as faintly as possible. Final results can take up to a year to see. She is extremely happy with her mommy makeover results.
