Close to 23,000 gynecomastia surgeries were performed in 2013, up 11 percent from the previous year.

Facelifts are another procedure that more men are choosing to undergo, with close to 133,000 performed in 2013 alone, up by six percent from 2012. Not only do men want to keep up with their good looking women, but they also need to stay in the competition with the younger lads climbing the workforce ladder. Hence, plastic surgeons are accounting for more male patients on their schedule.
